I have had what feels like a thousand different roles.  From the bottom of the ladder to executive level.

I started work while still in school.  I would go after school each day to an aged care facility to care for the patients. This was just one of the many things that inspired me to become a Registered Nurse.  Graduating in 1984 with a General Nursing Certificate from Cooma District Hospital. One of the last groups of hospital trained nurses.

My other formal education comes in the form of a Graduate Diploma of Management (Professional Practice). However, my true education comes from working in some really great organisations and with leaders who have been truly outstanding, and I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from them.

What qualifies me to offer my professional support to you?  That is a very valid question.

Over 45 years working in many fields for some truly terrible organisations and managers; and the previously mentioned outstanding ones; has given me huge cache of knowledge.

​These experiences, along with my educational achievements, have helped me learn what it takes to build a successful organisation with seriously engaged and productive teams.
